Tyk API endpoint to be used in Portal Events and Notification Webhook

I have two Tyk Gateway which is for DEV and QA, is it possible to use an endpoint hosted in my Tyk GW(DEV) for the webhook of the tyk dashboard events notification of my TYK QA?
