Rate limiting/request throttling on a global level

Hello Tyk community,

I have an answer regarding rate limiting/throttling. Do you know if it’s possible to configure it on a global level? We want to limit to a certain threshold of req/s all the users for all the APIs. As far as I understood from the doc this is only possible at API-level or key-level. We’re running Tyk Community Edition 5.3.4

I think I found about enforce_org_quotas.

  1. Any reason why this is not (well) documented? Is this officially supported?
  2. Any reason why request throttling is not working for org keys? I get to work only rate limiting and quotas.
