Managed service installation step not working

hi Team, I followed exactly the same step as Tyk Self-Managed but i am getting error as “time=“Jan 08 09:13:01” level=warning msg=“Reconnecting storage: Redis is either down or ws not configured” prefix=pub-sub”

If the log level is error then you may find some solutions in the redis category
