"Index Out of Range Error" when using Redis Cluster

Redis cluster users running later patch releases of Tyk 2.2 or the first release of Tyk 2.3 may have noticed an “index out of range” error in their logs as of late. This is due to a bug that prevents the driver from picking up a random redis handle in single-instance connections such as pub/sub. This has been fixed in our latest patches (Tyk Dashboard v1.3.0.14, Gateway v2.3.0.33 and Pump 0.4.0.12) which are now available to download on packagecloud.io and all docker containers are currently being updated with this patch.

We would advise that all redis cluster users upgrade to the latest patch release as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Regards,

Jess @ Tyk
