Go grpc plugin build, integration steps for tyk v4.3.4

Hi All

We are trying to use tyk gateway v4.3.4 with go grpc plugin, can anyone suggest the standard compatible version of go & grpc for v4.3.4.

Also please provide steps to build and integrate the plugin with gateway.

You can use Golang 1.16 for v4.3 of the gateway. More info here
