Concept of "environments" in Tyk Cloud?

Would like to keep our different environments (e.g. dev, test, prod) separate. Is there a concept for this in Tyk Cloud? Would I just need to create separate accounts?

We have some other users that have the same requirement, the easiest thing in cloud is to use different accounts and mirage between them.

Can a user (identified by a single email address), be an admin on multiple Tyk accounts? If so, how do they switch between accounts?

Yes they can, they just need to have different passwords for each account
