Cloud hosted cname for developer portal return 404

I have assign the cname to developer.mymagic.my
it works fine at https://developer.mymagic.my

However, when i try to access the portal url, it return 404 error
https://developer.mymagic.my/portal

CNAMEs for cloud are part of the paid plan - do you have a paid plan set up? If so there’s some things we need to do on our end to get you all set up.

Hi Martin,
Nop, I am on the FREE plan. It’s fine then, I will just stick to it.
I already remove the CNAME entry on cloudflare side.
Anyway I can unset the domain from TYK?

Hi exlang, we can set that for you, but your old hostname should still work.
