Tyk API Custom Domain Config

Hello,
I am facing a problem with Tyk Dashboard while creating an API.
I want to set Custom Domain “gatewaysoa.API.com”, but after setting it I am getting following error
http://gatewaysoa.API.com:8080/API
Error Message: Your requested host “gatewaysoa.API.com” could not be resolved by DNS.
Status: 404 page not found

But the API is working fine with http://IP:8080/API
IP - (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)

This seems like a DNS issue - do you have the A record for that domain pointing to the IP?
