Hi,
What is the proper way to update the license key of TYK After getting the renewed license?.

  1. From dashboard UI or Directly updaing the key in tyk_analytics.conf !
  2. What is the impact of updating it directly on the tyk_analytics.conf

You should update the key directly in tyk_analytics.conf and re-start the service. Gateways will automatically adapt to the new license. If you have any problems with the gateways, restart them and everything will be picked up.
