Setting up TYK license logging in for the first time

I am setting up TYK on premises using Ubuntu
After accessing the dashboard and entering the license key, the system is asking me to sign in (user/pass). Unfortunately my credentials keep being refused.
I’ve tried to reset my password (from the TYK portal). System says an email message was sent to my mailbox, but after several tries no messages arrived (not even in the junk box).
Is there any other way to reset the password?

Why would this work with an on-premise installation? You need to follow the on-prem guides to get it running locally, Tyk doesn’t use our cloud at all if you are installing on-prem.
