Per resource ACL?

I am wondering if it is possible to assign per object ACL permissions?

For example.

I have org A with 3 users, user Alice, user Bob, and user Admin, I would like to set it so that Alice have access to manage her APIs and user Bob have access to manage his own APIs. So that there is more flexible user ACL on the objects, rather than just if Alice have access to Read/Write API objects, then they have access to Read and Write for all API objects within the system.

I know I can use separate orgs to achieve this, but this would end up creating a lot of organizations within the system.

We’re planning on adding this in a future version as part of our wider access control roll-out, it is definitely on the roadmap.
