There is warning on the Pro Demo (here: Docker Pro Demo on Windows Linux Subsystem) that states “Tyk is not supported on the Windows platform…”. I’m in a production environment that only allows Windows OS. Is running Tyk on Windows/WSL2/Docker not an option?

The statement just means that we may not provide the best in terms of support to your production environment if issues arise when using WSL.
WSL is fine for a test, however, internally we have not tested it extensively with a production environment to discover any potential problems.
We can support and assist you with any issues but there is no guarantee we could help resolve the issue.
