Does Tyk have a response rate limiting / response size limiting feature?

I’ve seen the Tyk documentation for request size limiting, however I’m wondering if similar features to what kong offers are available with Tyk or part of the roadmap?

These features can be achieved with custom plugins, but there might be a more efficient way to do so.
