Hi Team,
Have few questions regarding creating new custom plugin -
1- What is the procedure of creating new custom plugin ?
2- Do we need approval from tyk for custom plugin ?
3- What is model for registering a new plugin ? Do we need to create MR and get changes merged by tyk in-order to use custom plugin ?

Thank you for posting your questions here.

  1. Tyk supports multiple languages to create custom plugins and the steps on these are mentioned here.
  2. There’s no need for approval when using Tyk Plugin.
    3.To create a new plugin, you just need to follow the steps on how to create from the docs linked above for particular languages as there are some configuration changes in Tyk Gateway and API Definition jsons for this to work properly.
