Change PIDFile location

Hi, could we change the PIDFile location? it seems like the tyk use this path as the default PIDFile location
/opt/tyk-gateway/tyk.pid

Yes, you change the PID file can as indicated in our docs. Maybe the wording could be more light-hearted and friendlier.

Since our gateway is open source, you can examine the source to see where or how the config file is used.
