Yes. Take a look at the portal templates folder - the whole thing is customisable.

Now, I’m using only on cloud API. Do I need to use Hybrid mode?

On a related note:

The navigation.html uses
{{ if .PageSettings.PortalName }} {{else}} Tyk Developer Portal {{end}}
for the first button. Where can I set this .PageSettings.PortalName? It isn’t in the dashboard portal settings nor page menus.

I believe page settings is specific to Tyk, you can try changing it as a field in the page template. If you have control over the templates you can just remove the block and use your own title.
