After upgrade to v2.4.2, service cannot start

Upgraded below versions:
gateway - 2.4.0 -> 2.4.2
dashboard - 1.4.0 -> 1.4.2

But after upgrade, cannot start either of them :

Redirecting to /bin/systemctl start tyk-dashboard.service
Failed to start tyk-dashboard.service: Unit not found.

After taking backups of conf files, the following commands were used: yum update tyk-<dashboard/gateway>
Is this the right procedure?

Try just yum install

Hi Martin,

Tried “yum install”, but it reports packages already installed.
Firstly wondering, what is the correct procedure to upgrade? 2.4.0 -> 2.4.2
Very strange that the “yum update” has removed the service scripts from init.d.

Now where can I get the service files?

All the service files are in the install/ directory - just find and copy the one relevant to your system
