HTTP 504 - Gateway timeout on Tyk Cloud

Hi,

we are experiencing some random HTTP-504 errors when requesting resources through Tyk Cloud. When a request is executed, it never arrives at our host (currently single EC2 host, no LB). This leads me to believe the error might be coming from Tyk Cloud. Is there a way to investigate this?

Hi Patrick,

Hmmm, interesting, we can see traffic going through but we can see that there was a latency spike for a few minutes which may have been what was affecting you. We’ll investigate. In the meantime we’ve taken measures to bring things back in line.
