How to reset the domain name?

Hi team ,

I have using the tyk 1.3.6 on Ubuntu 14.04 .I have set the domain name on my portal .Now i wan to reset the portal name .But i can not able to reset .It is show contact to support to change the CNAME.

Just to confirm, do you on-premise or hybrid/cloud version?

If on-premise you can change domain name by modifying organization object (there is cname attribute inside it). If hybid or cloud, send email to [email protected].

I have installed the tyk locally on my system ,not in cloud .

Here i can not understand mean of on-permise which you have mentioned.
can you explain it (on-premise).

On-premise literally means installed locally.
