Hi, We were created an api an year ago and it was running fine till last week.
From last week we were getting following response from the api gateway:
“error”: “This organization access has been disabled or quota/rate limit is exceeded, please contact your API administrator”
As I verified the hit count through dashboard it is showing hit count is 150 only, I couldn’t understand why it is causing.
I am using Authentication mode: Open (Keyless)
Sometimes working fine, some times it is giving above response.
Any new features/changes will it causing the issue.
Can you please suggest me. And let me know If any additional information required.

If you have our free PoC Cloud Licence, we recently sent out communications around restructuring our plans, and you will have been automatically moved to our New PoC Cloud account.
The new PoC tier still gives access to the full Tyk Cloud platform for an unlimited term, without charge. The only changes to the specification from your previous tier is the daily traffic quota which now has a hard limit of 1,000 requests per day and 10rps.
Is it possible you are hitting the rps limit? If so, you may need to look into upgrading your plan: https://tyk.io/pricing/cloud/#cloud.
