The volume mount should help you create the bundles directory, because in docker the filesystem resets each time it gets restarted.

I finally got the test api working. I re-ran the setup.sh script and was able to get this api working. Not sure how that resolved the issue. I suppose my tyk containers were messed up. Thanks for all your help.
