Cannot able to open portal

Hi, I am using tyk_quickstart. When I am trying to open your portal in the dashboard, It took me to a different page, what should I do now? The page is:

Looks like you may have skipped step 1 of the docs:

You need to edit your hosts file.

For Mac / Linux, it’s stored in /etc/hosts
For Windows, it’s stored in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

You will need elevated privileges to modify this file.
