Yes you can - the docker QuickStart sets that up for you with a script - it’s just a matter of modifying the templates that Coke with the host manager to suitor your domain.

and then modify the servername in /opt/tyk-dashboard/host-manager/templates/nginx.conf file ?

You’ll need to modify the portal.conf I think.
