Analytics not showing on Dashboard

Hi Martin,
I tried to set up Tyk Dashboard and I am not able to see any analytics in the dashboard. I can find some keys of form analytics* on redis. But still no analytics are visible on Dashboard. It just shows 0 success hits, 0 errors, 0 upstream latency even when I can see the upstream latency using the REST API.

What I could be doing wrong ? I am attaching my configurations

Hi Khirod,

Are you running MongoDB version 2.6 or newer? Most Linux repos ship an old version, you need to get it from MongoD apt repo.

Analytics will not work on an older version of Mongo because there is no aggregation framework.

The "purge_delay" setting in tyk.conf was disabled with -1 so you need to edit that appropriately so that results get moved into Mongo.
