[3/9] Introducing Tyk Side Project Fund Winner Jessica Russell

Really excited to introduce the third winner of the Tyk Side Project Fud - Jessica Russell , for the project Disability Civility.

Read more about @jessicarussell’s journey from being an educator in the adult learning field to creating an online course that promotes civil, rewarding interactions between the disabled and able-bodied communities.

There are ‘isms’ everywhere – racism, sexism, ageism, ableism. I don’t want to live in a world with ‘isms.’ I want to live in a world where we are all of equal value, no matter what our differences are. I think that differences are a beautiful thing and find it painful that disabled people are locked out of spaces and places because of their disability. I want to see a more accessible world for everybody.
